We are looking for a Master Data Officer to join our National RSC Team The role will be Full-Time Monday - Friday in our National RSC in Woolloomooloo.

We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for;

  • Active participation in projects and discussions on pricing structure, pricing management and integration across all HJ systems.
  • Be proactive in researching new technologies and providing recommendations to the business on effective ways to integrate pricing data across multiple systems with single entry.
  • Liaise with the relevant business partners to ensure that data is kept up to date, maintained and/ or reflected across relevant systems, including managing pricing information when creating new inventory and product details.
  • Development of controls and sign off processes for the importation and upkeep of pricing data across all HJ systems.
  • Pricing set up and ongoing maintenance of all Hungry Jack's products across the store back-office (Macromatix), POS (NCR) systems and all other new systems.
  • Ensure new stores are set up accordingly and existing stores are maintained daily, including quarterly pricing updates.
  • Maintain costings of inventory codes across all relevant systems.
  • Proactively identify process and data integrity improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation.
  • Manage the addition, modification and deletion of POS items from both a POS set up and a pricing perspective.
  • Perform any other adhoc tasks as deemed appropriate by Management.
  • Positive interaction and communication with store employees, store managers, RSC team members, etc regarding issues and system procedure compliance.
  • Cross training of self and other team members across all systems, including new systems deployed across Hungry Jack's.
  • Displays, leads and communicates Hungry Jack's cultural values to all team members and guests in a clear, concise and appropriate manner

Skill/ Experience Requirements

  • Experience with Macromatix, Oracle Fushion, NCR will be highly considered
  • Good understanding of data management and controls or of in store (back office and POS) systems and the use of technology to support operational requirements
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office products
  • Process and methodical thinker
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Diploma or Bachelor of IT, Finance, Business or other relevant qualification preferred
