About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that meet client expectations and business goals. You'll act as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

  • Coordinating communication between project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.

  • Tracking milestones, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate project records in Procore.

  • Supporting procurement, contract management, and compliance with Cushman & Wakefield's standards.

  • Assisting with project risk assessments, quality control, and reporting activities.

  • Contributing to stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.

About You

You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience supporting or coordinating projects within property, construction, or development environments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ideally exposure to project tools like Procore or Power BI.
