We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager with passion, precision, and drive to help deliver fit-out projects across our fast-growing retail network. This is your chance to play a hands-on role in shaping stores that bring our brands and experiences to life.

What you'll do

  • Assist in managing end-to-end retail fit-out projects across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure each store reflects our vision and brand.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to streamline processes and deliver great outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years' experience in retail fit outs, construction, or project support.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
