In this role, you'll work closely with our accounting and advisory clients to craft tailored financial strategies that support their goals and financial wellbeing. You'll be part of a client-first environment where integrity, innovation, and teamwork drive everything we do.

What You'll Do:

• Develop personalised financial plans across investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning
• Work with clients with complex financial arrangements including trusts, SMSFs, and cashflow modelling
• Help grow and shape the Financial Planning division
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic advice
• Build internal relationships to generate referrals across divisions
• Source new clients through your personal and professional networks
• Educate and empower clients to make informed financial decisions
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes

What You Bring:

• FASEA qualifications, RG146 compliance, and a degree in financial planning (or similar)
• Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Ability to coordinate advice delivery with other professionals
• Deep understanding of financial planning processes and ethical compliance
• A curious, growth-oriented mindset and a team-centric approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine desire to help people achieve their financial goals
