About the Role
As a Key Account Manager – Foodservice NSW, you'll be responsible for managing distributors and end users across Western Sydney, Blue Mountains, Riverina and Central South West NSW. This is a true field role, with around 85% of your time spent in front of customers.
You'll focus on delivering sales budgets, building strong customer partnerships, and executing cycle initiatives. With your sales experience – and ideally some cheffing knowledge – you'll connect with Foodservice customers, understand their needs, and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with distributors and end users across your territory.
- Deliver sales budgets, territory plans and call cycle targets.
- Execute promotional and cycle initiatives across the DON Foodservice portfolio.
- Launch and embed NPD initiatives, driving distribution and visibility.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for sales performance and activity.
- Partner with customers to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.

About You
You are a motivated sales professional with:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in Foodservice or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, field-based role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capability.
- A technical or cheffing background (highly regarded).
- Strong planning, organisation, and reporting discipline.
- A proactive, positive and customer-first mindset.
