**Job Opportunity:** Mobilisations Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mobilisations Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth mobilisation of employees to site, managing paperwork, and providing administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Booking inductions and medicals
  • Collecting relevant paperwork for employee mobilisation to site

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate competence in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Sharepoint is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Able to manage well under pressure and multitask when required
  • Current WA Drivers License
