About the Role:

We are seeking PCW- Social Support (previously known as RAOs) to join our team on a casual or part-time basis

You will be based at Hillview House, located at 45 Hillview Street, Woy Woy NSW 2256.

Your employment days will be Tuesday to Saturday from 08:30AM to 16:30PM.

Thompson Health Care Hillview House is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Recreational Activities Officer (RAO). We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who has a positive attitude and have a passion for working with aged people. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider that offers a rewarding career and supportive environment.

To be successful, we're looking for someone:

  • Experience in dementia specific care (desirable)
  • Preferred previous experience as a Recreational Activities Officer or a Lifestyle Officer
  • Energetic and strives for excellence in customer service
  • Have a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure, or Health and Recreation
  • Have effective communication and computer documentation skills
  • Have passion and genuine care for elderly
