We are seeking Support Workers to join our growing team on the Central Coast. We are looking for experienced disability support workers as well as people who are new to the sector.

Steadway has clients of low complexity all the way to people with extensive and complex needs. Pay rates depend on level of experience and qualifications held.

We specialise in **Autism, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Intellectual Disability.**

Please include any experience with all specific disabilities (e.g. Autism, Down Syndrome etc) in your CV.

The role responsibilities vary for each client and could include:

- Work with participants to ensure plan goals/requirements are met
- Support participants with everyday daily living needs including personal care
- Ensure attendance to activities, appointments, and events
- Support in social and community participation
- Transporting clients to appointments
- Additional duties as required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $43.08 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
