**Part-Time Permanent Disability Support Worker - Meaningful & Flexible Role**

We are seeking experienced and caring **Part-Time Permanent Disability Support Workers** to provide high-quality, person-centred care in participants’ homes and the community. **About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting participants with daily living, personal care, and community access. Working from an individualised care plan and as part of a collaborative team, you will support clients to maintain independence and achieve their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with household duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Support community participation (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)
- Encourage independence and choice in daily activities
- Work regular part-time hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as rostered
- Maintain accurate records in line with NDIS requirements

**Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in disability, aged care, or community health (essential)
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per health regulations)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.75 per hour
