The Role

We're seeking a motivated and organised HVAC Project Manager to manage and deliver our growing portfolio of Cap Ex and Fitout contracts — from concept and budget development through to project completion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical services, HVAC, or construction, looking to take ownership of full project lifecycles. You'll act as a vital link between our Service and Construction Divisions, ensuring seamless delivery, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with existing clients on Cap Ex and Category 1 Fitout projects
  • Prepare budget pricing, estimates, and tenders for upcoming contracts
  • Procure equipment, materials, and subcontractors for awarded projects
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover to completion
  • Monitor and control project costs to meet budget and profitability goals
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures

Your Education, Experience & Skills

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or trade background within HVAC/mechanical services
  • Strong understanding of mechanical services installations, HVAC systems, and construction processes
  • Proven ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Local knowledge and industry experience in WA (preferred)
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
