Full-Time Positions | Immediate Start | Perth & Surrounding Areas

GW Air Mechanical Services is a leading provider of HVAC installation solutions, delivering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to a wide range of clients across Perth and surrounding regions.

We are currently seeking motivated Duct Installers and Trade Assistants to join our site-based teams. These positions offer full-time employment upon successful completion of a probation period.


Duct Installers – Key Requirements
  • Proven recent experience in commercial HVAC duct installation.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent commercial HVAC duct installation experience.
  • Ability to install both rigid and flexible ductwork in accordance with Australian Standards, construction drawings, and project specifications.
  • Own set of hand and battery-operated tools.
  • Strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude; reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Current driver's licence with reliable transport, or ability to travel independently to sites.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices.
  • Working at Heights and EWP tickets (preferred but not essential).

Trade Assistants – Key Requirements
  • Previous experience as a trade assistant or labourer in a construction environment.
  • Minimum 6 months of trade assistant or construction labouring experience required.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Own basic hand and battery tools (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude; reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
  • Current driver's licence with reliable transport, or ability to travel independently to sites.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices.
  • Working at Heights and EWP tickets (preferred but not essential).

Additional Information
  • Candidates with residential A/C installation experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Attractive hourly rates are offered, along with penalties, RDOs, travel allowance, parking allowance, uniforms, superannuation, and portable long service leave payments.
