The school fosters a culture of inclusion, professionalism, and student-focused education and is seeking short-term HR support during a key operational period.

The Role:

Seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator or Coordinator for a short-term contract to assist with a range of people and culture activities within the school's business services division.

This role will commence in the last week of May for 4 to 6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Assist with WWCC verification and onboarding compliance
  • Coordinate reference checks, contracts, and HRIS updates
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a HR administration or HR coordination role
  • Prior experience in an education environment (school or university) highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR (highly desirable)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must hold a valid Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one ($80.00)
  • Able to provide 2 professional references if successful
