**Investment Operations Analyst **to support our Finance and Investments team in delivering security and peace of mind to our valued members.

**This is a Permanent, Full time, Hybrid role working from home and from our East Melbourne office, closely located to Parliament Station.**

**The Role**:
As
**Investment Operations Analyst at** CoINVEST your expertise will drive the pulse of our Fund's operations. Your role will revolve around ensuring flawless and swift processing, seamless reconciliation, insightful reporting, and meticulous data management. Your contributions will be instrumental in facilitating and improving our investment processes and help shape the strategic investment landscape.

**As a structured individual, capable of process improvements, operating autonomously, and building productive relationships with stakeholders, you will**:

- Drive timely and precise execution of daily investment tasks, including cashflow management and transactions, aligning with operational protocols.
- Enhance operational efficiency, minimise risks, and strengthen controls by evaluating and optimising workflows.
- Supervise investment systems, collaborating with Tech and Innovation teams and vendors to enhance functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Foster seamless coordination and information exchange with stakeholders like investment managers, custodians, and finance, ensuring harmonious alignment.
- Validate external investment performance reports, comparing them against custodian data and benchmarks.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in investment returns, statements, and expenses reconciliation.
- Provide consistent updates to key stakeholders and conduct regular Investment Management Agreement reviews.
- Monitor investment and custodian performance, tracking vital KPIs for insights.
- Contribute to internal reports encompassing Investment Analytics, Board/Investment Committee updates, ABS, and compliance reporting.
- Assist in preparing meetings with investment managers, custodians, and asset consultants, shaping agendas.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with vital stakeholders, including asset consultants and custodians.

**Who are you?**

As a detail-oriented individual you are dedicated to delivering accurate data, and skilled at solving problems. You manage time well and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, with a committed focus on our members. With investment experience, you communicate effectively, can work with various stakeholders, and have a true drive to improve processes. As a preference you will hold a relevant degree and may be progressing toward certifications like CFA or CIPM.
