About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has become available to be part of the Catering leadership team and work with people passionate about making a positive change in the Hospital space.

This role will see you supporting the Catering Manager in the overall operations of the department, delivering a modern dining standard and providing excellent meals for patients, staff, the cafeteria, and functions.

About You

You will bring your experience and culinary standards to a Private Health Care setting and help us become the benchmark in food service delivery

You will also bring:

  • Commercial Cookery Trade Certificate
  • Experience in workforce management is essential
  • Minimum 5 years Head Chef or similar experience
  • Experience in purchasing, product specification, stock control, receipt and a computerised menu system
  • Experience within a hospital, hotel or bulk catering background is desirable
