Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and adaptable Tournant Chef to join our team in Rockhampton & Yeppoon. The successful candidate will rotate across three recently refreshed venues, working in various kitchen sections and ensuring quality remains high.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong chef with experience across multiple sections. As a Tournant Chef, you will be confident in your abilities, able to step in where needed, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, cost control, and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Run any section of the kitchen with consistency and flair.
  • Adjust quickly to different teams, kitchens, and menus.
  • Maintain food quality, cost control, and compliance standards.
  • Support Head Chefs in leading shifts and mentoring juniors.
