We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in a busy General Practice in Narre Warren.

This position is a casual role with various roster times.

If you have sound computer and time management skills, and able to work under pressure, this position will certainty suit you.

Prior experience using Zedmed software is desirable,

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Front desk reception duties
- Be the face and meet and greet patients on arrival
- Answer telephones
- Schedule patient appointments
- Data entry
- Prepare patient accounts
- Accept and receipt payments
- Assist with general enquiries
- Liaise with doctors during consulting sessions

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
