**Join our team as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant**

**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Receptionist to join our dental team at Narre Warren Family Dental Group This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fun and supportive team at a new, modern clinic.

You will be a key asset to help ensure smooth operations of the clinic. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who is experienced or qualified in dental assistant with front desk experience. Knowledge of D4W is preferred.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage patient records, appointments, handle patient enquiries, patient recalls.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including scanning, data entry and office correspondence.
- Handle billing procedures, process payments and manage insurance claims.
- Assist with chairside assisting and sterilisation when required.
- Can work independently and in a team environment.

- Dental assisting/reception: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
