Spring Mountain Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care while supporting a professional team.

About the Role
  • Full-time / Part-time position (3–4 days per week)
  • Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures
  • Overseeing sterilisation, infection control, and clinical setup
  • Managing patient inquiries and supporting treatment plans
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Taking and processing dental X-rays
  • Assisting with stock management and daily clinic operations

About You
  • Minimum one year experience as a Dental Assistant (senior/lead experience highly regarded)
  • Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
  • Excellent knowledge of infection control and dental procedures
  • Confident in discussing treatment plans and assisting patients with inquiries
