What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients & manage appointments
  • Handle accounts, payments & health fund claims
  • General office admin and phone/email support
  • Work closely with our dentists and practice manager

What We're Looking For

  • Great communicator with a warm, friendly personality
  • Organised, reliable and eager to learn
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Admin or dental experience a bonus (but not essential)
  • Valid Australian work rights required
  • Minimum Year 10 completion required
  • Occasional Saturday availability preferred
