As the
Senior Manager, Customer Delivery Management
, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Delivery Management function across the Customer and Technology, Customer-led Product Operating model. You will establish, maintain and continuously improve the delivery ways of working for relevant Customer and Technology Product teams (including quarterly planning execution, dependency mapping and resolution, sprint planning, release planning and go-live).

In this role, you will manage the delivery model design and operations, planning, delivery and change management across relevant Customer and Technology Product teams and you will identify, scope and implement new requirements including design and delivery of new procedures, policies, training and change initiatives.

Part of this role, you will lead a team of experienced professionals (incl. Delivery and Iteration Managers) responsible for the delivery of new products and features across relevant Customer and Technology Product teams, ensuring collaboration between Product teams, Operations, Design and Technology; and in collaboration with the Enterprise Project Management Office, ensuring efficient interactions between the Product Operating model and the Project Delivery model.

You'll have:

  • 7+ years of senior manager leadership experience in large, complex matrix organisations.
  • Experience in leading the delivery of large scale and complex transformation and change programs across multiple business units.
  • Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries.
  • Post graduate qualifications in business highly advantageous, e.g. MBA and/or Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
  • Delivery management qualifications in both traditional and agile delivery models
  • Advanced planning and delivery capabilities in fast-moving, complex and interdependent environments.
  • Advanced planning skills to drive business performance.
  • Motivational skills in coaching and leading individual and team performance to desired capabilities.
  • Senior executive level stakeholder management skills with ability to influence/negotiate positive outcomes.
  • Advanced decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately delegate.
  • Preparation and presentation of high-level reports, presentation and budgets.
