The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organised and solution-driven Relief Manager to join our team. This full-time role is based at our Mascot office and across sites, with regular site visits or Building Manager replacements across Sydney.

You'll be the operational right hand to our General Manager, providing support to our Building Managers, stepping in on-site as Relief Manager when needed, and ensuring smooth coordination between PBM and Premium Strata.

This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same — from replacing a Building Manager on sick leave or annual leave, to troubleshooting operational issues, to helping refine our internal processes. In short, you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Act as relief for Building Managers, stepping in on-site when required.
  • Provide support with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
  • Liaise between PBM and Premium Strata to strengthen collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct site visits, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with training initiatives and help ensure consistent service standards across the team.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in building management, facilities management, property services, and/or operations administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both on-site and in an office environment.
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others while also taking initiative.
  • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
