 What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse and improve business processes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Document business requirements and workflows
  • Develop 'as is' and 'to be' process maps
  • Support change initiatives and implementation
  • Prepare business cases and project reports
  • Evaluate current state and design future solutions
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals

 What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation. You'll ideally bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or business
  • Industry certification (e.g. PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, AgileBA)
  • Strong skills in process analysis and mapping
  • Proven ability to drive business improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in medium to large organisations
  • Ability to prepare business cases and reports
  • National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
