About the Role

As the Growth and Innovation Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and developing business opportunities that improve and expand Mpower's services. You will be responsible for leading major projects from concept through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational strategy and delivered within scope, timeframes, and budget.

Working closely with the Manager of Disability and Accommodation Services and the broader leadership team, you will prepare detailed business cases, drive service improvement initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and mentor others in innovative and efficient practices. Your work will directly support the development of high-quality, sustainable programs that improve outcomes for clients and families across the region.

This is a Full-time, Fixed-term contract until June 2026

About you

Strong candidates will have demonstrated experience in project management, strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare high-quality proposals and reports. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Community Services, Disability, or related field would be highly regarded.
