Joining our Growth team means you'll be instrumental in taking Prophet to market, helping enterprise brands solve critical commercial problems, shape smarter strategy, and unlock the full value of their marketing investment.

About the Role:

As a Growth Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting Prophet's commercial expansion across priority sectors. This is a hands-on business development role suited to someone who combines strategic sales acumen with technical curiosity and strong stakeholder management skills.

You'll collaborate closely with Prophet's marketing science, product, and leadership teams to identify, pursue and convert high-value opportunities, articulating Prophet's value to marketing leaders, marketing science leads, and commercial executives. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you'll help shape Prophet's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support and grow Prophet's enterprise footprint across priority sectors.

– Support complex sales cycles from outbound prospecting through to close, including crafting RFP and tender responses.

– Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and data science teams to shape compelling, technically informed sales narratives.

– Build and nurture trusted relationships with marketing, commercial, and analytics leaders across enterprise clients.

– Represent Prophet at industry events, presentations, and senior meetings, bringing gravitas and clarity.

– Support go-to-market strategy, playbook development, and sales operations as we continue to scale.

– Champion Prophet's platform as a transformative solution to the limitations of legacy MMM and performance analytics.

What You Bring:

– 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales and/or business development experience, ideally in predictive analytics, business intelligence, marketing tech, or adjacent fields.

– Strong commercial understanding of marketing/media/advertising ecosystems, including experience selling into agencies or brand-side marketers.

– Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including responding to RFPs and tenders.

– Experience working with or around data science and technical functions to co-create solutions.

– Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor value messaging to different personas (CMO, Head of Growth, Data Leader, CFO).

– A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a startup or high-growth environment.
