Overview

Principal Structural Engineer – Regional Victoria

A well-established multi-discipline engineering firm is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer / Structural Lead to join their regional team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

- Lead a small Structural team and mentor junior engineers.
- Oversee project delivery from concept to completion across a variety of sectors.
- Manage proposals, project planning, and client engagement.
- Contribute to team development and office leadership initiatives.

Projects

- Diverse portfolio including industrial, commercial, government, and high-end residential projects.
- Infrastructure projects such as bridges.
- Large-scale energy and retail projects.

About You

- Experienced Structural Engineer with leadership experience.
- Strong project management skills and client-facing experience.
- Ideally well-connected in regional Victoria, or open to relocation.
- Motivated to grow a team and drive high-quality project outcomes.
