Backed by top-tier VCs, we're working with leading telcos, financial institutions, and governments to fight fraud at scale. Now we're looking for a Growth Lead to help build the go-to-market (GTM) engine that takes us to the next level.

About the Role

This is not your typical marketing or sales role. As our first dedicated growth hire, you'll work directly with the founders across marketing and sales/partnerships to drive lead generation, convert leads into booked meetings, manage campaigns, and amplify our brand presence. You'll wear many hats – from crafting outreach campaigns to helping to manage our website, running events, and supporting sales – all while helping us learn faster and grow smarter.

What You'll Do


• Design and execute outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns


• Convert leads into demos / meetings


• Build and manage prospect lists for founder-led outreach


• Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and speaking opportunities


• Manage and update the website (working autonomously or with agency partners)


• Write or source high-quality content (case studies, blogs, one-pagers)


• Manage our social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn)


• Track, report, and optimise key growth metrics (pipeline, conversion etc.)


• Collaborate with founders on sales enablement assets and GTM strategy

What You'll Bring


• 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, sales or growth roles


• Proven track record in lead generation, conversion and campaign execution


• Strong writing skills and an eye for brand/storytelling


• Bonus: experience with website management (Webflow)


• Bonus: exposure to sales (BDR/AE background welcome)
