The Role

As Data Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day data operations while leading

the design and delivery of a new enterprise data platform. You'll ensure data

accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, supporting critical reporting, analytics,

and business insight needs.

You'll be both strategic and hands-on, working closely with internal teams, vendors,

and business leaders to deliver real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily data operations and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to deliver a new data platform.
  • Manage data migration and integration across multiple agencies.
  • Act as the go-to expert for insurance data, reporting, and governance.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in data management within the general insurance sector.
  • Deep understanding of insurance data models (policies, claims, brokers, premiums).
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Power BI, and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/Fabric preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years' relevant experience.
