We are looking for a highly skilled
Data Manager
to oversee the development and use of data systems in our organization. You will be responsible for managing data governance, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, data security, and analytics within an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs.
  • Manage data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows and storage solutions.
  • Lead data quality initiatives and resolve data-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to teams on data tools and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), data warehousing, and ETL tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
