We are currently seeking a Manager, Data Management to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of Data Management at ICON, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the data management processes for clinical trials, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of clinical data. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing data management workflows and supporting the successful execution of clinical programs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the planning and execution of data management activities across multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data management protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Overseeing the collection, processing, and validation of clinical trial data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Managing the data management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance data management efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Degree in life sciences, data management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant experience in data management within a clinical research environment, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficient in data management software and tools, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve data quality.
