Your Role
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to shaping and executing the technology strategy for some of IAG's most critical platforms. You'll lead an agile platform delivery team, ensuring high quality business outcomes and platform stability while driving transformation aligned with strategic priorities.

You'll champion technology change within the Finance Technology ecosystem and collaborate across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups to deliver meaningful business outcomes. By fostering delivery partnerships, you'll unlock opportunities for simplification, agility, and scale.

Your responsibilities include developing and implementing technical, design, and QA standards to continually improve delivery effectiveness, with a strong focus on Release management disciplines, and optimise both delivery and run costs. You'll also build strategic relationships across IAG and with external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and support.

To succeed, you'll be customer-focused, results-driven, and thrive in collaborative environments. You'll inspire innovation, encourage lifelong learning, and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities for broader impact across Technology and IAG.

This is a permanent position, open to candidates based in Australia.
About You

• Proven people management skills, including talent development and team leadership in application development and operations
• Experience working with partners and suppliers to drive collaborative outcomes
• Strong background in workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives
• Deep experience delivering finance portfolios, with expertise in the SAP ecosystem
• Skilled in cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to synthesise complex information
• Committed to transparency around demand and milestones, supported by effective reporting and data-driven insights
• Adept at translating data into strategic actions and working closely with architecture teams to align delivery with enterprise goals
