- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring legislative developments, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to compliance and governance frameworks.
This role is a rare opportunity to take ownership of RWWA's readiness for significant new legislation. You will be directly influencing how the organisation protects personal information, builds trust with the community, and responsibly shares information to improve services and outcomes.

- Experience in conducting PIAs and responding to privacy requests (highly regarded).
- Knowledge of information governance, data security, and ethical information sharing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- A collaborative, values-driven approach, aligned with RWWA's Culture Playbook: Respect, Accountability, Connection, Excellence.
- Experience within a regulated or public sector environment will be highly regarded.
