Head of People Programs- Country Road Group

Our People Team is at the heart of this mission — and we're looking for a results oriented Head of People Programs to facilitate the seamless delivery of our People Strategy.

As Head of People Programs reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the People Leadership Team to deliver cross-functional, enterprise-wide programs and initiatives through strong program and project management.  This role is responsible for facilitating the People Strategy process, planning the people calendar and sequencing, leading the people delivery forum, overseeing change at an enterprise level, strategic reporting and Board reporting.

Key Accountabilities

• Co-develop and execute the annual CRG People Strategy in partnership with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team.
• Lead Change at the enterprise level, responsible for change framework and philosophy working in collaboration with the Strategy team.
• Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional HR projects with clear plans, milestones, and risk controls.
• Communicate program outcomes, risks, and strategic updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Track performance of People initiatives using KPIs and provide clear, strategic progress reporting.
• Lead the delivery of regular reports and analysis on operational People Metrics.
• Work closely with the Chief People Officer to draft and coordinate Board Papers.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across business units.Lead and coach two direct reports (Reporting and Analytics Lead & Change Manager) to set and achieve individual and functional goals that align with business strategy, driving high performance and delivering measurable results.

Key Capabilities

• Extensive experience in HR, project/program management with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong influencer, encouraging participation and aligning interests to promote shared ownership.
• Strong written communication skills to objectively and succinctly report progress and draft Board reports.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
