Join Our Road Maintenance Team – Multiple Roles Available Across East Gippsland

We're looking for skilled, physically fit and motivated individuals to help maintain and improve our regional roads. If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to be part of a reliable, hardworking crew, we want to hear from you

Positions Available

We're hiring across Bairnsdale, Omeo, and Buchan for:

  • Roller & Watercart Drivers
  • Flocon Operators
  • Excavator Operators
  • Backhoe Operators

(Some roles require an HR licence)

Contract Details

  • Full-time, fixed term until September 2027
  • Solid hours, great team culture, and real impact on your community

We're Looking For Crew Who Are:

  • Reliable and ready to roll
  • Physically fit and safety-focused
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Experienced and licenced

All successful candidates will be required to provide the following onboarding:

  • Pre-employment medical check
  • Drug & alcohol test
  • Police check (less than 12 months old)
  • VicRoads Full Driving History Report
  • Completed online inductions
