About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Asset Management will lead Possability's fleet management and procurement strategy across the organisation. You'll drive cost efficiency, sustainability, and innovation while building strong relationships across Finance, Operations, and external suppliers.

This is a high-impact role where your strategic thinking and commercial acumen will shape how we source, manage, and optimise assets to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise fleet sourcing strategy with a focus on financial sustainability
  • Develop and execute non-product procurement strategies across key spend categories
  • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay cycle, driving automation and process improvement
  • Build strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align asset management with operational needs
  • Stay ahead of market trends and drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in fleet and/or procurement management
  • Strong negotiation, supplier performance, and contract management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
  • National Police Check, or ability to obtain
