We are a dynamic and fast-growing medical distribution company specialising in Korean aesthetic injectables and skincare products. Our clients include cosmetic doctors, nurses, and dermal therapists across Australia. Despite being a small team, we are quickly expanding and are looking for the right person to grow with us.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to support our daily office and business operations. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow while contributing positively to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer database and CRM system
  • Handle email communication and follow-up
  • Support general office duties including organisation, filing, and purchasing office supplies
  • Assist with Canva tasks for basic creative documents (preferred)

Essential Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Active, positive, and collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Korean language skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Basic Canva design skills
