Axxin is looking for a Production Test Engineer to join our growing test and support team. This role involves hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostic instruments to our customers. We are expanding due to business growth and are seeking motivated individuals passionate about medical device technology, process improvement, and quality standards.

This is an entry level role and the ideal candidate should have a recent qualification in electrical or electronics engineering.

Suitable candidates should preferably have experience in the following areas:

  1. Testing and verification of instruments following approved procedures.

  2. Troubleshooting and repairing products returned for service or warranty.

  3. Calibration and maintenance of testing equipment used in production.

  4. Recording and managing production test results in line with ISO13485 standards.

  5. Supporting customer service requests and assisting with technical support queries.

  6. Assisting in customer order fulfillment processes, including shipment preparation and documentation.

  7. Liaising with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to feed back issues and improvements.

Other Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

  • Engineering Degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in Electronics, Production Testing, or related fields.

  • Good documentation and communication skills.

  • Practical problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.

  • Experience with MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO13485) is preferred but not essential.

  • Detailed training will be provided.
