Job Title: Senior Automotive Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative automotive systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing design solutions for automotive systems and components
- Conducting testing and validation to ensure reliability, durability, and compliance with industry standards
- Providing technical guidance to manufacturing teams and collaborating with suppliers and vendors
- Ensuring all designs and components meet Australian Design Rules (ADRs)
- Managing projects, including budgets, production schedules, resources, and staff
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification in mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years' experience in the automotive industry
- Advanced communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
