Celebrity Ink Coomera is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to take charge of our busy tattoo studio. We want a leader who thrives on hitting targets, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the team - Motivate, train, and support tattoo artists and studio staff to achieve high performance and maintain a positive, professional culture.
  • Oversee daily studio operations - Manage scheduling, client appointments, and workflow to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance - Uphold all hygiene, sterilization, and workplace safety standards in line with Australian health regulations.
  • Drive business performance - Monitor sales, client retention, and bookings; implement marketing and promotional strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage inventory and budgets - Oversee ordering, stock control, and expense management to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Enhance the client experience - Deliver an exceptional customer journey, ensuring all clients receive professional and welcoming service.
  • Promote growth and innovation - Identify opportunities to expand services, improve processes, and strengthen the studio's community and online presence.
  • Maintain brand reputation - Represent the studio professionally, fostering a culture of creativity, respect, and excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in a management or operations role
