About the Role

As General Manager, you will:

  • Lead from the front — bringing energy, visibility, and hands-on leadership to every shift to deliver an unforgettable guest experience
  • Build, coach, and inspire a passionate front-of-house team that thrives in a high-energy, game-day atmosphere
  • Partner with the Head Chef and senior leadership team to uphold the Winghaus brand, ensuring every service hits our financial, operational, and guest satisfaction goals
  • Drive operational excellence — managing labour, cost controls, and efficiency while keeping the vibe fun, fast, and focused
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, creating a culture where the team grows, the experience evolves, and every guest leaves ready for the next round

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General or Senior Venue Manager.
  • Strong operational skills, including labour management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys motivating large teams.
  • Guest-focused, with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Holds a current RSA certification and full working rights in Australia.
