**General Manager**

Fluency Hub English College is looking for a dynamic and experienced **General Manager** to lead our growing organisation.

**About the Role**
The General Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of the college, ensuring excellence in education delivery, compliance, and student services. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership across all departments (academic, operations, student services, and marketing)
- Driving business growth, partnerships, and student recruitment strategies
- Ensuring compliance with ELICOS Standards, ESOS Act, and National Code
- Managing financial performance, budgets, and reporting
- Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional student outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Proven senior management experience in the **ELICOS or international education sector**:

- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multi-campus operations (Manly & Sydney CBD)
- A passion for innovation, growth, and delivering quality education

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to shape the future of an innovative college and work closely with the executive team to drive success.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
