Parklife Metro has been awarded the Sydney Metro SSTOM package, a $5 billion Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project that will transform Western Sydney. This major infrastructure package includes:

  • Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis
  • 12 new metro trains and core rail systems
  • A state-of-the-art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills

As part of the Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild consortium, we're delivering a city-shaping project that will define the future of transport in NSW.

The Opportunity: Contracts Coordinator

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support a Senior Commercial Leader and broader commercial team. You will ensure the smooth coordination and administration of upstream or downstream contractual and commercial activities across a once-in-a-generation Metro infrastructure project. You will provide proactive administrative and commercial support, assist with contract documentation, reporting, registers and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to a Senior Commercial Leader and broader commercial team
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining contract documentation, correspondence & registers
  • Track key commercial deliverables, deadlines, and performance indicators to ensure compliance with project obligations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial systems and administrative processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in contract administration, project coordination, or commercial support (construction or infrastructure preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with varied stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel I particular
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
