Contract Coordinator- Turf

The Contract Co-Ordinator- Turf ensures seamless delivery of turf maintenance and site operations in alignment with our client's requirements and sporting calendars. The role oversees site scheduling, team leadership, client engagement, reporting, and operational excellence all coming together to execute delivery of our contracts efficiently and effectively.
This role covers sites based around Sydney and is a key role in the management of our sports turf contracts.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality, consistent turf and grounds presentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Effectively supervising, coaching, and developing on-site team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships built on professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant use of all tools and machinery across sites and adherence to operational procedures.
- Proactively identifying and implementing site improvement opportunities.
About You
You have a strong background in turf and/or horticultural maintenance and management, with proven experience in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results to clients. A qualification in either Sports Turf Management or Horticulture is essential. If you have undertaken additional study this will be looked upon favourably.
You have recent supervisory or management experience and have proven yourself to be able to motivate and lead a diverse team to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Your conflict resolution skills are well honed, and you like to work in a collaborative manner with team members of all levels.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will need to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
You have strong IT skills with exposure to scheduling and reporting. You have a current driver's licence, white card, working with children check and chemical certification.
Above all, you are a reliable and resourceful person with a solutions focussed mindset who ensures safety comes first in all that you do. Your highly developed organisational skills coupled with your positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.
