As the Product Analyst for our Casino platform you will play an important role within the Business Intelligence Team to help shape Product analytics for our Casino platform.

Your role with us:

You will partner closely with the Product Teams to analyse and provide insights on how users interact with our website and app. You will translate product questions into clear metrics and intuitive dashboards and highlight trends across features and funnels. You will uncover friction points, behavioural patterns and growth opportunities; providing concise, actionable readouts that drive smarter product decisions and shape the future of live streaming.

What you will do:
  • Build, own and maintain feature and squad-level dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date and well-documented with clear metric definitions.
  • Deliver fast, concise, decision-ready insights that evaluate the impact of features, experiments and platform changes on user behaviour and business performance.
  • Analyse user interactions across the website and apps to identify behavioural patterns, friction points and growth opportunities.
  • Design, analyse and interpret A/B tests and other experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features and strategies.
  • Partner with and coach Product Managers to define success metrics, improve data literacy and apply best practices in instrumentation and dashboard use.
  • Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy, escalating structural issues and maintaining trust in core analytics systems.
  • Lead end-to-end product analytics projects- from defining problems and scoping analysis to delivering actionable insights that shape product direction and roadmap decisions.
  • Analyse user behaviour across the casino and sportsbook platforms to identify patterns, friction points and opportunities for engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Design, analyse and optimise A/B tests and other experiments, translating results into clear, decision-ready insights that close the loop on product questions.
  • Evaluate the impact of new features, promotions and platform changes on key performance indicators, highlighting data-driven opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for releases and coach them on instrumentation, metric interpretation and dashboard best practices.
  • Collaborate with BI and engineering teams to design and maintain scalable tracking systems and data assets.
  • Communicate insights clearly and compellingly, acting as a bridge between Product, BI and other stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
  • Build, own and maintain dashboards at the feature, game, and market level, including documenting data workflows, metric definitions, and dashboard guides.
  • Ensure the accuracy, freshness, and overall quality of data and analyses, monitoring reporting integrity and escalating structural issues when needed.
What you will bring:
Experience
  • 2+ years' in Product Analytics/Data Analytics, preferably on event data analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web and app analytics, including funnels, retention, engagement and cohort analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar) and dashboard design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other experiments.
  • Experience in productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Slack, JIRA and Confluence.
Bonus points if you also have:
  • A knowledge of casino games and table games.
  • Exposure to product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics or similar).
  • Basic Python for ad-hoc analysis and automation.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar environments.
