Bar Manager | Frankston | Late Nights + Good Vibes

Casual with possibility of full time for the right person

As we approach the busy summer season, we're on the lookout for a confident, switched-on Bar Manager who knows their way around a busy service and loves a high-energy, late-night environment.

You'll be leading the bar/nightlife side of our venue, running service, keeping standards high, and making sure the drinks (and vibes) are always flowing.

What you'll bring:

  • Have proven management experience in a busy bar environment – you know your spirits, wine and cocktails
  • A natural manager who keeps the team upbeat and on track and can confidently lead and organise a team
  • Confidence with POS, stock and bar systems
  • Comfortable working late nights and peak trade hours
  • Comfortable liaising with licencing officers and security
  • Ability to oversee RSA during service and keep the venue compliant
  • Passion for good hospitality, great drinks, and better people
  • Tech savvy (we have lots of tech dependant systems)
