Join our supportive and collaborative team in the Limestone Coast, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our community. We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist, whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, to deliver high-quality, client-centred care across a variety of settings. In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive services, including assessment, intervention, and telehealth support, to clients of all ages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech pathology services across hospital, community, residential, and outreach settings, including individual, group, and population health programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate therapy programs, incorporating innovative tools and technology to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to design integrated, client-centred care plans.
  • Contribute to clinical supervision, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

  • A qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to culturally safe, client-centred care.
