, fastest-growing consultancy is looking for a Project Lead in Building Services.

This role suits an Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineer who's strong in delivery and comfortable leading from the front.

They're looking for someone with around 10–15 years' experience. Not someone too senior who's stepped away from delivery, but equally not too light, this is about being hands-on and client-facing at the same time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running client meetings and design workshops confidently, shaping technical strategy
  • Leading the conversation, not just executing it
  • Coordinating all disciplines (MEP, fire, HVAC, hydraulics, etc.) to keep things moving
  • Owning delivery end-to-end, managing timelines, quality & expectations
  • Working across sectors
  • If a project involves a cutting-edge product or system, you'll travel to the factory (e.g. in China) to inspect prototypes or manufacturing before recommending it to clients
