About the role

Endota Spa Balwyn is seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team in Balwyn. This casual role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional beauty treatments to our loyal clientele in a luxurious and relaxing spa environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting and manicures/pedicures
  • Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, tranquil atmosphere for clients
  • Maintaining meticulous standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms
  • Advising clients on appropriate home care and product recommendations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of treatment procedures and techniques
  • Supporting the development of junior beauty therapists

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified beauty therapist
  • Advanced skills and expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and products
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for the beauty industry
  • A calm, patient and empathetic approach when working with clients
  • Certification in beauty therapy or a related field
