Are you passionate about preventive oral health and building meaningful client relationships? The Dental Room, a leader in cosmetic and general dentistry, is seeking a Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist (in a hygiene-focused role) to join our exceptional team.


About Us

Based in Balwyn North, The Dental Room combines general dentistry with a strong focus on cutting-edge cosmetic treatments. Led by Dr Shawn Rama and in-house ceramist Ms Chloe Park, we specialise in natural aesthetic dentistry, including porcelain veneers, crowns, Invisalign (Platinum Provider), and dental implants.

Our modern clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including 3D scanners, OPG, CT scanning, and an in-house ceramics laboratory, enabling unparalleled precision and collaboration.


The Opportunity

The Position
  • Hygiene-focused role (scaling, perio maintenance, whitening, preventive care).
  • Oral Health Therapists welcome — restorative scope for children/teens if desired, but not required.
  • Part-time to start, with scope to grow as books expand.
  • Flexibility for evenings and/or Saturdays.
  • Excellent remuneration, aligned to experience (hourly + incentives).
