About the role

We currently have vancancies for casual Production Team Members to join our team in Mansfield . Available roles are casual with a view to become permanent after the probation period. Successful candidates will play a key role in our production process whether it be in assembly of our high quality products or packaging them up for dispatch to our customers. These positions offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Participate in the assembly, and production of Suntex's range of quality products
  • Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or quality concerns to your supervisor
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet production targets

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and prefferably previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally within the production or transport industry
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
  • Comfortable operating machinery and equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts as required
