We're excited to introduce a newly created position at Lorna Jane — a unique opportunity for a content expert who lives and breathes visual storytelling, thrives on creative ownership, and brings world-class execution to every shoot.

As our new Content Producer, you'll be the hands-on creative force behind the camera — with videography as your primary craft and photography as a strong secondary. Your content won't just be visually stunning — it will be performance-driven, and deeply aligned with our brand's purpose and premium aesthetic.

This is not your standard content gig. It's been created to elevate how we tell our story across every touchpoint — from organic social and digital campaigns to eCommerce, podcast, and founder-led initiatives.

You'll work closely with the broader team and key stakeholders, to create dynamic, original content that drives brand love, engagement and growth. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot and edit video content across multiple formats (social-first, eComm, campaign, podcast)
  • Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio and stabilisers like a pro
  • Apply strong composition, colour grading, pacing and narrative flow in post-production
  • Bring ideas to life using AI tools, motion graphics, title sequences and animation
  • Support campaign, eComm and social photography needs
  • Apply a strong visual lens to stills and ensure all content reflects Lorna Jane's premium brand identity
  • Understand and interpret briefs with clarity
  • Identify the strongest creative concept and execution plan for each project
  • Storyboard, script, and plan shot lists to deliver visual assets that perform
  • Work closely with social, brand, eComm and design teams to ensure alignment
  • Be a proactive voice in content planning and creative direction
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in a content production environment — experience in an agency or founder-led brand is highly regarded. We're also open to varying levels of experience; what matters most is finding the right person with the right skill set.
  • Strong videography skills (shooting is essential — not just editing)
  • Confident using editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skilled in photography, with a strong eye for brand and composition
  • Experience using AI in creative workflows a huge plus
  • A proactive, accountable mindset — you own your work and your outcomes
  • Creative initiative — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Excellent communicator — with the confidence to liaise directly with key stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure and great at managing multiple priorities
